Angela Potts

Angela Potts brings over 30 years of global experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences professional services. She has held senior leadership roles across Europe, the U.S., and set up and managed two large regulatory and PV delivery centres in India. She has a track record of building high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth.

Angela began her career at Roche before joining Quintiles (IQVIA) in 1992. She later became Global VP of Sales and Marketing at Covance, where she launched the successful CoSource franchise, delivering interim CRA and Program Management teams worldwide. At Kinapse, Angela led operations through a major growth phase, expanding global capabilities in clinical development, regulatory, medical writing, and pharmacovigilance services.

As a Co-founder of Pharmalancers and ClinFlex Partners, Angela’s vision is clear: give sponsors on-demand access to the right people, with the right expertise, at the right time.

Elizabeth Thomson is a seasoned global clinical operations leader with over 30 years of experience managing multi-country trials across the world including Australia, Japan, India, Latin America, and other emerging markets.

Elizabeth has successfully led programs from early-phase through pivotal trials across diverse therapeutic areas. With experience in both sponsor and CRO environments, she bridges strategic planning with on-the-ground execution. She has built and led large cross-regional teams, solved complex recruitment challenges, and optimized site engagement in some of the world’s most demanding regulatory environments.

A strong advocate for right-time resourcing, Elizabeth ensures ClinFlex Partner clients receive the right expertise at critical moments—with speed, control, and minimal disruption.

Mark Graham

PreClinical Drug Safety

Mark is a preclinical drug safety consultant. Prior to establishing MG Toxicology Consulting Ltd, Mark spent 28 years in Pharma, the last 19 of which were in AstraZeneca where he had a senior scientific role developing and implementing scientific strategies to advance drug safety evaluation at all stages of R&D from target identification to product registration. For the last 14 years Mark has worked as an independent toxicologist working with Biotech and Pharma companies in the majority of therapeutic areas and across most drug modalities. In addition to working as a consultant, Mark founded 448 Therapeutics Ltd, now JAGUAHR Therapeutics (www.jaguahr.com) to create novel immuno-oncology drugs.

In addition to a career in Pharmaceutical R&D, Mark maintained activity in research via collaborations with several UK Universities resulting in many peer-reviewed publications.  Mark is a visiting academic at the University of Birmingham, and he served for 9 years as a member of the Committee on Toxicology (COT) which advises the UK Government on all aspects of chemical toxicology.

Christopher Compton

MB BCh FRCP FFPM

Chris Compton is a pharmaceutical physician, focussed on applying his deep expertise to support new medicines R&D and commercialization, while ensuring excellence in execution and strategy. Chris has over 30 years of global experience in clinical development, medical affairs, and strategic leadership across top-tier companies including GSK, Novartis, and Pfizer.

Chris provides a proven track record in leading high performing cross functional and line teams to advance medicines from early research through launch and life cycle management. His focus is on driving integrated strategies at the asset and portfolio level, whilst fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

Recognised for deep therapy area expertise in respiratory, through leading and delivering on innovative global development programmes, in addition to substantive experience in arthritis, neuroscience and pain.

Chris is a GMC registered physician, who is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine, with license to practice and an accredited ABPI signatory. Now working as a consultant with ClinFlex Partners, Chris relishes the opportunity to apply his deep and comprehensive expertise to meet the needs of sponsors in advancing new medicines to patients.
